I’ve lived at Riverbend Mobile Home Park in Bixby for 2 years and have always paid my rent on time. The lease does reference trash and hauling fees, however management never actually billed or collected these charges during that time. In November 2025, they suddenly claimed that I—and many other residents—owed up to two years of backdated fees that had never been previously billed or itemized on monthly statements. The Staff and Maintenance guys are very professional and helpful
Clean country living with excellent customer service and very knowledgeable management team.
Would not recommend living here
I have been a long time resident and have seen many changes. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The Maintenance crew is always prompt on fixing and repairing any issues that may arise. Most residents are friendly and participate in events that are sponsored for holidays. Will be here for a long time to come.
I have yet to move into Deerfield Springs but planning on moving there as soon as I sell my current home. The process was very easy to get approved to be able to move in. I want to thank Jen for the very pleasant experience and thank her for keeping in touch with me. I'm looking forwarding in living there.

Do NOT move here. They doubled the utilities charges in December. They claim the meter outside my unit works and that they read it monthly. That's a lie. I took pictures of the meter two months in a row. It does NOT work. So they can charge you whatever they want. They constantly put notices on your door telling you that you have three days to mow the lawn. If you don't they will mow it and charge you $150.00. They are just looking for a way to evict you. They do NOT fix ANY problems with your unit. Stay away!
