Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution

I got my "intake" bill from this provider and it was $215! My insurance did not cover any of the cost so i offered to pay in cash hoping for a discount....I was denied. This was my first time every seeing a therapist so I am not aware of the going rate but I am a little upset. Their records indicated that I was their for 50 minutes (maybe from the time that I walked in the door to the time I left) I was in the counselor's office for a half hour.
