5905 is nice and new building compared to the other buildings.
I would give this property a 0 star rating but you have to at least give it a 1 star to post. We lived there for about 10 years. We owned our condo, but after being hit with higher HOA fees and no property improvements or upgrades, it was getting ridiculously worse. All the reviews posted about HOA being scandalous are true. Also the part about the HOA president taking money from homeowners paying there HOA fees, and fixing her own units is probably 100%. HOA are crooks . Rhonda uses HOA funds to fix the condos she owns . Nothing gets repaired unless we pay for it . I had to pay 950 for downstairs ceiling to be fixed . Someone's getting kickbacks . Thieves live here and they are the H O A!
