Love my internet provider! Alan West runs a great company, and his customer service is top notch.
Changes have been made to make sure our network works and we couldn’t be more satisfied. We live outside of town and it’s near impossible to get good internet, gotta give credit where credit is due. Thank you.
Been with them 2 years, no more. Nothing but problems, excuses, arguing in Facebook comments just to message us a few hours later saying "you're right it appears your service has went down over 50%" after arguing and defending their garbage service on Facebook. They told people to leave good reviews on here I have no doubt because on Facebook people mention how it doesn't work for them as well but on here the reviews are good because they're fake reviews.
