I am so glad I came across this clinic. I was feeling so sick but my family doctor was away but I couldn’t seem to find a walk in that would see me on a Monday morning. And than I found this clinic and the staff that greeted me were very friendly and efficient and the Dr Ismaylov was very kind and was able to help with my concern. I was so impressed by how I was treated I am considering switching my family doctor to him because he told be he was currently accepting new patients
I have spent so long looking for a new family doctor when a neighbour told that this clinic had a doctor , Dr Ismaylov accepting new patients. So I called the clinic and made an appointment to meet him and the lady on the phone was able to get me an appointment for SUNDAY. I was so happy that the doctor had such a flexible schedule. I saw the new family physicians at the Clinic yesterday. He was kind, warm, caring and knew his stuff. ( Dr. V. Ismaylov) He speaks three languages and agreed to be my family doctor. He referred me to a specialist and the staff got my appointment in 1 day. The clinic is, bright and clean, staff friendly and doctors are very helpful.
Honestly I wish a no star was an option. When you think about a doctors office you would automatically thing it’s a calm place. But that’s not the case here. It’s as if you are at an amusement park. Workers are ridiculously loud. Yelling across the room. No manners at all. Let alone they are all over the place. Half the times don’t even know what they are doing. Mid conversation they will stop and address something else with another rather then finishing what’s in front of them. The doctors themselves don’t even say ANYTHING... read more
