I called this Ford dealership because it was the closest dealership to my home. I’ve never been there before. I just wanted a price for normal maintenance. I was on hold for 11 minutes before I disconnected. The girl that answered the phone was not helpful and did not transfer me to some one who could price. I obviously will cross this location off my list.

Dropped my truck off Wednesday morning for an oil change, tire balance, fuel filters, and a 4x4 issue. After nearly a week of getting nowhere, I finally went and picked it up the following Monday. Absolutely NOTHING had been done to the truck. It sat outside for almost a week collecting dust. If you bring your vehicle here for warranty MAKE SURE the WARRANTY covers whatever is wrong with the vehicle because they’re gonna try to charge you with a ridiculous amount of money for just the diagnosis they charged me with $450 of 2 diagnosis which is stupid and absurd and they said it was actually 3 but they’d dismissed 1, btw the 2 diagnosis where for the same vehicle so this doesn’t make sense, ohh and btw these people they don’t have real mechanics here they have what it’s called “TECHNICIANS” so just have this in mi... read more

Drove an hour for a scheduled oil change and was told we had to leave the car overnight. They said the schedule time is s drop off time not the actual time. Does not say that when you schedule.
