I asked the doctor if I needed a form before coming to the office, told him I didn’t have a printer. He then charged me 10 dollars to print out a single piece of paper, and labeled it as “form” on my bill. I thanked him for helping me out. He said anytime. turns out he was charging me the whole time without telling me. What a joke. Find another way to make money, how dishonest. Besides that, the doctor was one of the least outgoing people I've met, genuinely felt uncomfortable in his office.

The only downside to this place is that the lights cause so much glare on the glasses when you try to take a selfie to see if the glasses look good on you. But overall, Dr.Deol is amazing. He is so welcoming, polite and straight up. He answers all of my questions to the best of his abilities. If he doesn't have an answer, he doesn't make things up. They've also got a wide variety of glasses and sunglasses to choose from!

I highly recommend the Westway Optica ! I had thoughtful eye exam in their small, comfortable clinic. Dr. Deol is professional,knowledgeable, patient, friendly , gives clear explanations of eye health . The Optica has a fantastic selection of fashionable frames and sunglasses. My overall experience with the clinic was excellent Dr. Deol is very thorough with your eye exams Excellent and high-quality customer service was provided.
