The hygiene was amazing and very kind but the administration staff are profit driven and do not explain correctly how you will be billed if you have insurance. Their mail goal is to bill as much as possible.. So if you have limited insurance coverage you should keep an eye on that.
I’d give 10 stars if I could. No exaggeration this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Very polite and time aware front desk ladies, funny and detail-oriented head doctor’s assistants and finally the extremely professional Dr Alan who assisted me three times within the past week. Excellent performance and great attitude. If you're looking for a doctor who ACTUALLY knows what he's doing, this is the place to go! Much gratitude!
