This is for anyone having an issue with this company. In 2021, my vehicle was towed due to an accident. Shortly after I went in to retrieve what I can from my vehicle as well as sign a release form due to not being able to pay for the vehicle to come out. The lady at the desk let me know everything was fine and it would be auctioned off but come to find out FOUR years later I'm just getting notified by the dmv I have a lien on my account and cannot renew my new vehicles registration.
