Had a bad experience with office manager Diane found her aggressive and rude won't be going back . Appears because I wouldn't do a curve test to check my cats sugar she told me that would be my last time I could buy insulin their she's totally out of line. I urge future pet owners to use other vet clinics I really can't imagine her behavior being acceptable as well as refusing me service. This place is geared to get every cent out of customers and dealing with office manager Diane is difficult.
Yesterday we visited the clinic with my cat Oscar, and I was extremely satisfied. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the staff were very attentive and caring. Everything was organized at a high level, from the reception to the consultation. It’s clear that they truly love animals here and treat them with great respect and professionalism. Absolutely unprofessional experience. This clinic has no respect for people’s time or resources. I booked an appointment for my sick dog, was clearly told to come this Saturday, and even had a record of it. When I arrived, they told me I was supposedly scheduled for the following Saturday. That is simply not true — they made the mistake, and my dog was the one who suffered because of their carelessness.
