Was at the location today paying my copay of $15 and the receptionist Linda who took my payment did not apply it to the specific date of service they provided (the only time I was there). She applied it to another provider and thus the credit ro my account is inaccurate. She told me she could not fix or change it. I've had to call my insurance company and have spent more than an hour trying to get his straightened out. Outstanding! Just “ graduated” PT on my second total knee replacement! Very friendly and efficient staff. They got me back to 100% mobility twice! I highly recommend this facility!
