Excellent support from the staff in service and parts to get us back on the road during a cross country trip.
The worst customer service I’ve ever received from a dealership. Took over a month to file and get back to me about a warranty claim, got it fixed on my own cause taking too long and then the dealership lies to warranty place. Hire people who actually do their job. Awful experience!
I was looking for a Ford Maverick for months. I happened to see a few at westward and decided to take a look. I met Ian outside and he was very happy to help me take a look and find the Maverick to suit my needs. I even measured the back seat for the comfort of my dogs. After just a few short hours I had my truck traded in and anew one in my driveway. I cannot say anything bad about Ian and the rest of the team at westward ford. Thanks guys!!
