I have used westward auto several times and had an awesome experience each time. Friendly, fair, and honest repairs every time. I highly recommend this shop!
The guy quoted me over $200 less and when it came time for me to pay he charged me over $200 more than what he quoted me so beware and get everything in writing as they do not give any warranty on there work and are really nasty and mean if you question any of their quotes or work. Go to Lubbock instead. These guys are not worth the headache.
Quick, helpful, honest and reliable. A+ all the way!! I'm sure I'm not the only female who is not familiar with what's under the hood of a vehicle. If this sounds like you, I have no doubt that finding a mechanic makes you nervous because of the horror stories we've heard about our ignorance being taken advantage of and resulting in unnecessary work and inflated expenses.
