Management neglects property does not clean grounds. Place has never been so unkept in 20 years . Most people believe it’s the residents fault that property is in poor condition. I walked by this place over the years during my hikes. In the past two years these properties have gone down tremendously. Someone needs to supervise the ground keepers . The residents deserve a decent place to raise their children. Shame on New Haven Housing Authority.
