I called after hours. I had an issue with a sewer back up and the waste water was pouring out into the yard through a cleanout pipe. I was going to ask some advice, but as soon as I explained what happened, he said he wasn't going to send anyone out to fix it since it wasn't an emergency and hung the phone up. There was a bad snow storm at the time, so I understand why he didn't want to send anyone out. It's the unprofessional way he acted towards me. I don't appreciate it and it was uncalled for.

I bought on Westville lake 15 years ago, encompassing a complete renovation. Able to handle some general maintenance myself, I found myself outside my wheelhouse with an electrical HVAC issue. Through Damascus Hardware, I received a great reference in Westville HVAC. I reached out & left a voicemail message. Great customer service. John took care of the job quickly, was very polite and easy to talk to. This was the first time I ever needed a plumber since moving to this area, but if I ever do again I'll be calling John!

We just moved into an older home in Sebring and needless to say we had plumbing problems. I called John, he arrived promptly, fixed the problems, and didn't break the bank. I'm sure I will be using him again ! Thanks !
