I've been coming here for years and they ALWAYS hook me up with good quality used appliances at a good price. you're buying a used appliance.... I'm not really sure what people expect, but for the price you CANNOT beat this place.
this place is the worst i bought a stackabe that broke in 3 days i have a 60 waranty that they will not honor they are rude and about to get sued do not ever use them they suck
They never respond back. The BBB needs to jump down this companies throat. They make you pay extra for warranties and they don't even honor them. I paid 300$ more for lifetime maintenance and a 3 year warranty. They refuse to fix it.
The customer service is absolutely horrible. We bought a Laundry machine 2 months ago, it has a major problem. It stops working in the middle of the cycle. I have to adjust the laundry by hand, open the lead when the machine stops, and restart it again in the half way. So, I literally have to sit next to the machine and just watch when the beep signal appears, so I won't waste a time.
