Our medical homes and family physicians are in Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County, and neighbouring Indigenous communities. In partnership with Alberta Health Services and various community providers, you are covered round the clock for basic, everyday health needs.

Excellent Service and Highly Recommend! We’ve been without a family doctor for 3 years in Spruce Grove since our previous one retired, but I’m so grateful we found this service! Jessica Chong is amazing—she’s incredibly helpful and thorough. A couple of years ago, we had a temporary doctor in Spruce Grove, but unfortunately, he left after only 6-8 months to practice in Edmonton. I could not be more impressed!!!! Dr. Jessica Chong is incredibly helpful and understanding. I am having a great deal of difficulty finding a family physician in and around Edmonton and I would be entirely lost and stuck going to the ER every month if not for the virtual care clinic. I am very pleased with the consultation I had with NP Jessica Chong (PCN VCC services). Her service is prompt and thorough. She actively listened to my concerns and provided useful resources for me!
I have had some health issues the past couple years & sought out WestView PCN after having difficulties finding any care/a family doctor. Rurally located makes it a challenge as well. I was able to have virtual visits over phone, scheduled within days of my request, receive feedback via direct calls and lab documentation via email.
