Cole Smith AKA David Cole Smith will promise you the world on what his abilities are to build the pool of your dreams. Do not trust him as integrity, scruples and honesty can not be used with his name. His work is very sub standard, full of mistakes, contractor issues (oh no employees) they walk off the job, has to change them in mid stream which leads to major mistakes. CON JOB! Cole Smith is the owner of this fake company and his accomplice Tammy are nothing short of heartless crooks. Cole will meet your family, start the project, and then look your children in the eye and make empty promises, then just run off with your money. He has stolen from people all over the Hill Country. He has robbed teachers, healthcare workers, and people that have saved and saved for the opportunity to buy their family a dream pool, then he rips them off. Horrible experience. Walked off the job. Never use them!!!!
I struggled with the idea of writing this review. It's not my intent to ruin anyone's business, but at this point, we are at a loss with what to do in order to have our pool completed. We also genuinely hope to ensure no one else experiences such horrific treatment from company who clearly does not value its customers.
