Me: “Hi i really need a plumber to come take a look at something” West View: “Absolutely! We’ll call you back later today to schedule a time!” 3 days later.. Me: “I REALLY need help here” West View: “Oh ok sorry to hear that we’ll get in touch with you in a few hours” 3 days later… Me: My pipe just burst… I could seriously use help with this situation West View: “Sorry to hear that we’ll get you in touch with someone ASAP” Silence. Terrible fake company, wtf how are y’all in business SMH
Called twice, they took my information twice and said I'd get a call back. First time was an emergency burst pipe that was already flooding the street in front of me, all I wanted was the main valve in the ground shut off just to stop the leak and then set up a repair. 2 days later no call back. Called again, gave my information, day later, not a peep. If I wasn't a disabled combat veteran and recovering from an illness, I would've fixed it myself. I've been using Westview Plumbing for over 10 years. In fact, Steve did the plumbing work when we renovated the house. He's super responsive, always suggests multiple options, and his work is neat and reliable.
