The reception was really nice. They are efficient and made me feel welcomed. Dr John Dickinson is an amazing doctor. He really listens to you and he goes over it all to confirm the that he understands. He is patient and kind to me. If I need a refill, he will talk about what is happening with .
I love my new clinic, so helpful the receptionists are lovely, polite and friendly. My family is new here so we are blessed to have a nice new doctor Dr. Jacob. Our doctor was great but he moved to Langley. Thank you for taking us in to your practice.
Basically saved my life. Very thorough, always flexible and personal.
I don’t even want to give one star. They open at 9am and in last 30 mins I have called them 18 times. Most of the time they don’t answer and when they answer, they ask you to hold without even asking for the consent. The hold is forever. Seems they pretend to be very busy or they just ignore the patients as patients are of least priority to them. If there is way to file a complaint, I would love to do that Attached a picture as a proof for the number of calls I have made in 30 mins
