This clinic and team is the best, Dr Gursimran Rekhi genuinely cares and listen to your problems for better understanding, team at the reception always do their best to help. So far the best clinic ever
Doctors are great, but the reception staff is a different story. They don’t greet or acknowledge patients when checking in, and most of the time they seem busy with personal calls or chatting with each other. Booking specialist or lab appointments is a joke. They’ll schedule them without even checking your availability, and then you'd have to deal with rescheduling hassles or potential cancellation fees.
As a retired Healthcare Professional...this is the best clinic and Team I have met. They are always there for you and the Doctors call and help you right away. I love this clinic and grateful I found them .
