Hired west view for a sump pump and gutter job. Unfortunately we had a miscommunication about the job but John the owner did not Hesitate to Come back and make it right. The Job itself was amazing we had not Had any water issues since, and the customer service is out of this world. I’m extremely happy with the quality of work and the professionalism of this company.
John was an absolute pleasure to work with. His expertise in the field was evident, and his team of professionals conducted themselves in a commendable manner. They left my place looking great. After four years of living in our house, we finally have a dry basement. I wholeheartedly endorse Westview and their exceptional services.
We had our French drains and sump pumps placed in our basement by John and his crew. In the past, we previously had copious amounts of water in the basement with heavy rainstorms. We are pleased to say that this problem has resolved. The crew was punctual and neat. The work was impeccable and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Westview Masons for any waterproofing project!
John and his team re-did the retaining wall & steps on the side of my driveway in October 2023 and I couldn't be happier with their work. My old retaining wall was made of wood and deteriorating. John helped me find retaining blocks that matched my existing patio and the final product looks great.
