On Sunday, August 11th, 2024, at approximately 3:30 pm, I presented at the ER with a foreign object in my right eye. I was triaged in 10 minutes, waited another 10 minutes in the waiting area, then brought into the treatment area where I waited approximately another 40 minutes to be attended to by Dr.Alexei Khair. Dr. Khair was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, informative and focused solely on my problem. He explained everything before he proceeded.
