Service was great . Charlotte was friendly and very thorough .
Just had an amazing experience at Westview Ford. We are on holiday from the UK and developed a whine in the engine on the way to connect with the inside passage ferry. Keith Davies arranged for them to inspect the vehicle first thing and allayed our fears and now we are going to get the problem sorted in Prince Rupert hopefully.They also quoted us on 4 replacement tyres are are cheaper than Kal Tyre. Thanks so much.
We were pleased with the service at the time but later learned there was an outstanding recall on file for our truck. Westview didn’t check during our appointment so now we need to go back. A recall check should be standard procedure.
