I was looking to upgrade my current vehicle so dropped by to check this dealership out. I was met by a young salesperson, Emma who took me to the type of vehicle I believed I would be interested in. Within an hour, she with a bit of assistance from her sales manager, Ron, provided me with a fair price on my trade-in and a reasonable price on the vehicle I was interested in. Experienced issues with our Ford F350 truck not starting, not battery, just had new starter put in before our trip. We received no help in Campbell River from dealership, contacted WESTVIEW Ford in Courtney, Brianna said bring it in for 8 am the next morning. Spent the night in their lot, at 8 am we were speaking with Keith Davies, Service Manager. The service advisor Minnu Mathew, worked on the truck, replaced a fuse, wires were loose.
