Sales person was great but the service department.......that's a different story. I called to see if they would take my A class r v in to repair the cruise control. I was told that it was too big for their shop to handle. And that the cruise control was something that they could not repair, even though it's a ford chassis. And yet the previous owner had its service there all the time.I even have the sticker on the window to prove it.

We've bought a number of both new and used trucks from Westview Ford. They've always been 100% up front and have backed up everything they've sold us, with no pressure. I don't have a lot of spare time and don't leave a lot of reviews. Our most recent our purchase was a brand new 2026 Ford F-150, and is basically explains all the reasons we buy from Westview. They peeled the paint off my door with their high pressure washer. They tried to hide it but thought it was funny and weren't into helping do anything about it either. This after bringing my truck for service there since I bought it from them. So disappointed that I now own a RAM, higher quality all the way around.
