This place is a terrible place to live mice infestation, management is not friendly no customer service skills every time you turn around there different maintenance men mold in the bathroom, no ventilation in bathroom please DO not move here you will be battling mold and mice and poor customer service from leasing office windows are old and very poor ventilation it's cold in the bedrooms in the winter it's been a very depressing terrible experience living here.. Don't rent here, WARNING DON"T RENT HERE, Might Need Code Inspector. It is terrible cold drafts in the winter and the bathrooms don't have ventilation's either. The maintenance responds late and Bryant never leaves maintenance notices of work orders. High rent costs but never do anything to improve the property conditions. THIS ISN"T HOME
The Newly renovated apartments is designed nice. Priced well, good location. But During the cold winter seasons your apartment will feel like outside freezing cold. Me and my neighbor stay cold. The Property never considered getting better window installed as the windows isn't good or strong for all year around conditions. It's a Super Chill breeze bundle up inside
Very Poor Unit Conditions. You would get sick from cold drafts. The Property lack improvements for residents or potential clients yet always look for rent payment or raise of costs. It is a lack of care for renters.
