The loss of the head nurse today from Westview Assisted Living facility is a loss for all of us and our loved ones. She was carrying she was good but she was forced to find something closer to her home and we do not fault her for that we wish her well and we understand what a different she made while she was here.
Moved mom into Westview Assisted Living in April 2025. At first we were really happy with the apartment and the care (Level 1) that she received. The meals are nice, with an ever rotating daily meal special offered in addition to their regular options. Unfortunately, they were never able to get her to do showers, even though from the beginning, this was important to us and brought up multiple times that we wanted her helped with bathing. I had lunch with my mother. Waste of 16 dollars. Had 3 small Tyson like nuggets no sauce, which i had ordered. 2 florets broccoli. Didn't bring beverage My mom had a cereal bowl of strawberry salad. No dressing. For a beautiful facility the food is subpar.
