Not sure why but the condo management staff have been awkward and rude to me since I first talked to them. My first exchange as a new homeowner (who just bought a condo here) was when I asked how to get an account for the HOA portal. Management is rude and dismissive
The building has frequently had power off issues. The last power off was yesterday. The one before that was last Saturday night. Then Saturday night around 3am two weeks ago. The worst thing is that there are several generators around the building, once there is a power off, the generators get activates and the sound is crazy. That is how I ended up knowing there was a power off at 3am, because the generators woke me up when I was asleep. A lot of people ended up selling their units. Nice place in a great neighborhood, with a nearby metro station and plenty of conveniences.
I called looking for some information and James not only hung up on me, I called back and he sent me to voicemail. He's probably not the person you want responsible for answering your phones. And he apparently answers the phone with a false name, because this was 100% the building that I called.
