We were charged for ultrasound, which wasn’t performed. And unfortunately, after all the tests were done and suggestions we followed, our dog didn’t have any improvements

I had to make a painful and hard decision, and my veterinarian was amazing. I wished I remembered her name. She was patient, kind, compassionate, and very thorough in her analysis of Betty. Even though I was in shock from the dire news she had to deliver, she was so good with acknowledging my pain and was with me the entire time until the end and was so caring. I know ER vets have a very tough job, so I wanted to say thank you for everything she did.
