Sound Bank is one of the most professional and customer service driven financial institutions I have encountered! I have sold new and pre-owned homes for 20 years. Rose P. has got to be one of the nicest, and helpful people I have encountered. If I was a hiring manager and I could hire 20 Rose P.'s to work for me, I would never have a customer service issue and I would have peace that things are being done right! Thank you Sound Bank. This bank is not to be trusted (which is ironic). They touted a product that failed to live up and mislead. They are not flexible, reasonable or willing to work with their prospective customers on loans. The quality of information and the time by which they respond is extremely lacking. Due clearly inadequate research or review of their appraiser, put me in an extreme hardship and cost me tens of thousands of dollars.
