"Woodpecker proof" stucco has not lived up to its name, we have holes in our wall from woodpeckers despite the stucco work done by Eric's team. To add to that, his team are sloppy and left a mess behind. Look elsewhere for a reliable contractor.
We had Eric and his team of experts repair a common bulge that can occur on homes of a certain age due to construction knowledge and standards of the day (1987). I had considerable damage to my stucco siding from a Woodpecker. Eric and his team came and repaired the damage and it looks great. They do great work, color matching is fantastic. They go above and beyond, and would recommend.
I had considerable damage to my stucco siding from a Woodpecker. Eric and his team came and repaired the damage and it looked great. I paid to have a sealant put on, which was apparently impenetrable, and has a life time warranty. Within 6 months the Woodpecker had gotten through again, and I needed Eric to come back and repair, as part of the life time warranty. I had considerable damage on my house from a persistent woodpecker. I was very impressed how quickly Eric and his team were able to mobilize and get started on the repairs and long term fix to prevent future woodpecker damage. Great quality work and excellent customer service.
