Couldn’t have been a worse experience ever…. My Tesla waited to be fixed, it got towed away in early May, saying it will be completed within 51 business days. Then i don’t know what got in the way, they said I didn’t give them car key ( only found out this when MYSELF contacted the insurance btw) and then I quickly dropped off my car key to them a day later. one or two weeks later I have to call them again MYSELF to find out my car still hasn’t been towed to the repairer. Fantastic communication throughout the whole experience. Delighted with the job that they did on the Tesla. Even charged it up so that I could make the 3 hour trip home without having to stop. Could not rate them more highly!
I was booked for a quote and during the estimation Mile realised that what was supposed to be a scratch, was actually an easily fixable problem that he took care of. Outstanding professionalism and support for clients.
Nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. The team was helpful, friendly, gave great communication and best of all, had my car back earlier than anticipated AND CLEANED IT! Thank you to everyone at Weststar Prestige for a fantastic experience
