The only reason this gets 1 star is because it won’t let me give it Toilet ratings. We have been working with Bethany Williams. From the very beginning, she wouldn’t respond to our numerous texts, phone calls and emails. We called her for over 3 weeks just trying to get pre-qualified. When I was finally able to speak to her about pre-qualifying, she yelled at me and told me that the property we were selling was still on the market, and that we had plenty of time; That property had gone under contract the week before.
