My father is Indonesians and hes now in Bed ridden condition and we lost access to his account, we call the customer service but they has no clue to help for us to Enroll his account, and they not even send us the new card! Very bad services..
I financed my auto loan with west star credit union, my loan officers name is Guadalupe Medina. She was awesome, and worked with me delightfully as I encountered delays and struggles getting the necessary documents from my dealership to proceed with this loan. It was a quick and fast process and Quadalupe was a tremendous help she was awesome.
To Weststar Credit Union.. I have been a member of the weststar credit union for over 20 years and have always been treated very well. But since I met Theresa Castcart, she has always been very kind and has helped me on many occasions in the purchase of my vehicles or when it comes to mortgage loans.
