I have been a loyal customer of this bank since 2013, and today’s experience has left me extremely disappointed. From the moment I walked in, the teller seemed intent on finding every possible reason to not help me. Instead of providing assistance, she created unnecessary obstacles, gave dismissive responses, and made me feel unwelcome and like I was bothering her. Horrible customer service. I am a non-member who made an ATM deposit and they put a hold on the check telling my bank (in calif) there seemed to be an "inconsistency" with my signature and would need to forward images to my bank. This was a 401K loan check and some of the money was going to be for Christmas shopping and I was also going to open an account with Weststar. I’ve been banking with them for some time now, I refinanced my vehicle to them and now I’m upside down 13k because they refinanced my vehicle for more than it was. I went to the bank to see if I can get approved for a loan with the difference on the back end due to not being able to afford that on my own, they pre approved me for 35k so I found a car that was that price range. If I could give this bank 0 stars I would! All because of Flor the manager (hardly that) at the Eastern location. She has been a nightmare twice since I have signed up in May. They have made mistakes and will not correct them. I would not recommend this location or bank if all the managers talk down to their customers.
