Punctual and professional.
Michael and Doug did on great job on my stage 3 creosote FP. Very professional, thorough, provided pictures of their progress. After the 4 day PCR treatment they resurfaced the flue eliminating my concerns of a chimney fire. They were candid about the poorly designed offset smoke chamber, which I understand. I plan to follow their advice on twice a year cleaning, and various tips on improving venting when burning wood. Completely recommend without reservation. Bob Brucker
