This bank sucks... We had a 1.5% cash back visa credit card and my husband over paid the wrong amount on the online payment. He meant to pay $100 and accidentally paid them $2000. They refuse to correct the mistake after multiple phone calls and put the $2000 on a 15 day hold. Because of this, we are hungry and can't buy food. Our bank has a -$349 in our checking account and overpayment amount on the visa card. Are they going to feed us for the next two weeks? They suck....DON'T LET THEM RIP YOU OFF, TOO.
