convenient way to apartment hunt I'm not a huge fan of subscribing to things but westsiderentals.com consolidates a lot of information into a user friendl format. The listings they have are much better than the free rental sites, too. Main drawback is you're competing with everyone else who subscribes.
Great service but pricey! Westside rentals is a great service. I find my last apartment through this service. It's great but I wish they'd lower their price a tiny bit! But all in all, it's a very comprehensive site with listings in all parts of town.
Ok, here's the deal with this service. It works and works like a charm. My problem with is that they are charging folks for a service that used to cost .50 cents and came with the newspaper. Of all of the rental services in LA thought this one is thebest as far as the amount of available listings. It does cost $60 but isn't that worth it if you get a better place to live?
