Erica Ross has great bedside manner. She listens to your concerns and works with you to address.
All staff had been very friendly! Always super fast getting me into a room and started on my appointment. Dr. Kelsey is amazing!!!
This office is fantastic — I have never had any issues with scheduling, billing, or care. Every r technician, front desk worker, and nurse I’ve interacted with has always been sweet and pleasant. Dr. Eun is wonderful too. She has a wonderful beside manner and takes her time with me to answer my questions and never makes me feel bad or uncomfortable for what I want to do with my body. The team is also very responsive, especially on their scheduling portal whenever I ask questions.
