Terrible customer service/reception and overcharging. Taking advantage of vulnerable women. I had a horrible experience and will not be coming back.
The clinic was extremely friendly, kind and quick. I had all my tests and labs done all in 1 visit and it was very convenient Thank you for everything
I called this office to set up an appointment for my daughter, new patient for the office, but straight out the gate the person who answered was so unbelievably rude. I could barely finish a sentence. Interrupted me continuously, trying to tell me about my insurance potentially not covering what we wanted, which I understand, however I already checked the coverage on what we were requesting and got the green light from my insurance. Update. Still feel like my Dr is great. Unfortunately I'm in pain and called as I was told to call back if I had certain symptoms going on. I have the symptoms so I called back very concerned and over 24 hours later I still haven't received a call back . Old review. My dr is great I always feel like she listens to my concerns & explains things very well.
