Great friendly environment.
Product selection is limited, and the overall appearance of the store could benefit from more attention to maintenance and presentation. There are better locations to choose from, and I don't think I'll return based on both that and what I witnessed between a staff member and a customer who was ahead of me in line. During my visit, I witnessed an uncomfortable interaction that management should be aware of. Trash company . Been going here 5 years have suggested point system then they do it and I start collecting point then they take all 500 of my points including what I got for my birthday and then recently decided to use my points for personal use amongst people in the company . I have never cashed out points and I should have well over 700 but NO ODY IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE .
I go here regularly, I like the employees and prices, but their new loyalty program has me beyond furious as a customer. It doesnt work, the website is broken, and frankly i am pissed off at this point because you have to give them all your personal information to set it up. Good dispensary, but whoever is running this is trying to kill their business with this crap
