Tracy at the Rental office is a wonderful person, always on top of everything.
You will never be able to do laundry as the office closes early every single day and you can only fill laundry cards by going to the office. Office staff is rude, inconsiderate, and incompetent. Even giving our notice has been a complete and udder hassle. Bugs everywhere, screaming kids run through the halls and play knock knock ditch regularly on apartment doors. I don't feel like tenants matter, the office takes forever to resolve anything. Living here for almost 5 years and very unhappy with a lot of things and I'm done.
We have good manager and she is very nice and very respectful I never see like her. 100%
