Tracy is a good manager. She respond quick to my needs.
I lived here a few years ago. I’m writing this to save anyone else the nightmare my roommate and I had to deal with. The management is the biggest issue. Simple put, the do not give a flying crap about their tenants. Good luck trying to communicate with them; you must hound them for basic needs and requests. Nasty company! Oh and the apartment is not well kept up to put cherry on top. Save yourself the headache.

Highland Management is, without a doubt, one of the worst property management companies I’ve ever dealt with. After living at Westside for over three years, I can confidently say they do not care about their tenants. Rent prices continue to skyrocket, yet they make zero effort to improve the apartments or create a better living experience.
