I have lived this property since 2020. I requested them to change me my carpet to my apartment, which is too old, but they did not respond until now
Don’t like the fact that outside parking is not assigned. To each tenants. More cleaning needed for the outside balcony or patio area and the apartment hall way area.
I've lived here twelve years. Recently, there's been a change in management staff, and they're going through some learning curves. (Paperwork errors, maintenance requests falling through the cracks, communication lapses.)
Staff responded to plumbing needs immediately, office staff also helpful
