Rowena is fabulous at her job. The first time I met her she was courteous, professional and took the time to show my son the apartment and answer all our questions. Since my son moved in on June 1, Rowena has proven to be dedicated to her job and has been very approachable. I am pleased as a family member that my son is living in a place with a building manager who is easily accessible and professional
Rowena was amazing to work with! She kept us informed every step of the way, before, during, and after our move and made the process stress-free. You can really tell she cares about her tenants. She was always friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
Staff was super accommodating during our move, the neighborhood is incredibly friendly. Overall we have found it is a great place to live!

WESTSIDE VILLAGE NEW OWNERS REVEIW 2025! 1. NOT for kids, 1 kid got hit by a CAR from playing on the roads here. They dont listen to ANY complaints 2. It’s not luxurious like as advertised, it’s overpriced for having continuous home problems and the location itself is not worth it. 4.They want to take tenants to court to increase rent and back track rent increase from 2021 until now!!
