WESTSIDE VILLAGE NEW OWNERS REVEIW 2025! 1. NOT for kids, 1 kid got hit by a CAR from playing on the roads here. They dont listen to ANY complaints 2. It’s not luxurious like as advertised, it’s overpriced for having continuous home problems and the location itself is not worth it. 4.They want to take tenants to court to increase rent and back track rent increase from 2021 until now!! I have been a resident of a townhome since 2007 and have gone through multiple owners. I decided to give a 5 star as Williams and McDaniels is by far the better company of the latter. They took on an enormous undertaking and have started, at least, the improvements. Rowena, the property manager has got the ball rolling and is on top of things quicker for us than ever before. As things keep improving, my review stays the same! Thanks again!
So far so good! I had a plumbing issue that was quickly fixed by Rowena.
We had an amazing experience working with Rowena as our property manager! She was so helpful and straightforward, made the entire renting process smooth and hassle-free. The house we rented is in excellent condition, with beautiful renovations that truly make it feel like home. We couldn’t be happier with our new place and are so grateful for Rowena’s professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless renting experience!
