The townhouse I moved into was in great shape, recently renovated, with a very clean and updated kitchen, and appliances in excellent condition. The apartment was freshly painted, with modern, clean baseboards and trim. Even the basement floors looked well cared for, and the carpets were clean and fresh. Recently moved into the apartment building and the experience has been great so far. The application process was quick and easy, the unit is spacious, very clean with updated appliances and a renovated washroom, and the building is well maintained. A big thanks to Rowena, the manager, who has been professional, responsive, and always willing to help, even after hours, which made the whole process smooth and welcoming.
Rowena is fabulous at her job. The first time I met her she was courteous, professional and took the time to show my son the apartment and answer all our questions. Since my son moved in on June 1, Rowena has proven to be dedicated to her job and has been very approachable. I am pleased as a family member that my son is living in a place with a building manager who is easily accessible and professional
Rowena was amazing to work with! She kept us informed every step of the way, before, during, and after our move and made the process stress-free. You can really tell she cares about her tenants. She was always friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.
Staff was super accommodating during our move, the neighborhood is incredibly friendly. Overall we have found it is a great place to live!
