We have been going to Westside for over 20 years. We have been nothing but well treated and respected. Our pets are loved and taken care of so well.
Amazing vet. My parents have taken their animals to Westside for over a decade. Currently my mom is out of town for a family emergency. Their puppy and older dog got into a fight and the older dog shredded the puppy's leg. I called them roughly a half hour before they closed and they told me to bring the puppy in ASAP. They were waiting at the front for the puppy when we came in. Biff (the puppy) thankfully was super sweet and did amazing while they doctored him up. I have been bringing my furry family members to Westside for over 25 years. The staff is kind, caring, devoted, and compassionate and take excellent care of my furry family. I highly recommend them!
I took in 2 strays that required oral surgery. The 1st done at Southwest Hospital in Nov 2021. Total bill was $425.59 for 2 teeth (3 were removed they charged for 2). Surgery for 2nd cat done at Westside in Jan 2026. Total bill $917.68 for 3 teeth. Cat went in for loose cracked tooth but 2 other cavities found on X-ray. They charged for 2 complex extractions. When I called to discuss this bill there was no interest in a resolution to my concerns. $917.68 for the removal of 3 teeth (none were impacted etc) is unreasonable. Th... read more
