This place shut down a while ago. They charged me for two monthly fees right before they shutdown knowing they would close the doors. Sent a letter instructing to go through the bankruptcy courts to get my money back. Unless it's under new ownership I wouldn't trust this place.
What a great facility for those looking for a total workout. You have every option with “zero” excuses to have a great workout! I was in for the holidays and had a great gym experience. For those looking for basic weight lifting, Crossfit, Powerlifting, Sports strength and conditioning, TRX, to fitness classes; it’s all here. The owner and his son are great hosts, and are not in it for the $, rather to provide a great service. Thanks Keith! See ya soon!
The gym is old school. Very friendly and personal. Classes are great with good trainers.
