Update 8/25/26 (looks like my first review from 1-2 years never actually posted, so it’s below): Had two of the poblano chicken tacos today and they were Very light on the chicken, heavy on the cabbage. The sparse chicken chunks were tasty-lite, not a wow your socks off by any stretch. Won’t be back is this is standard now. From 2024? 2025? We got the nachos. There was more than half the chips left with nothing on them at all. Just chips. My niece got a taco and said she would never order it again. The zucchini fries would have been good had they changed their grease. There is a happy place when frying food. Not brand new grease and definitely not too dirty. Won’t be back.
I’ve tried all of the trucks at The Bite and always come back for some Westside tacos. Everything else at the bite isn’t exactly a “bite” and I love that the tacos are small enough to satisfy without popping any buttons. I’ve tried most of their menu and some of my favorites are the Blueberry Brisket and the Austin Chicken. The fish and shrimp tacos are great as well. Love the zucchini fries too. Service is great, easy order, beeper buzzes when ready. Always delicious. I’ll be back soon to try more flavors!
Great food but absolutely terrible service and staff.
First time at Westside Taco Co and I’m hooked. The carnitas burrito bowl is insanely good—flavor-packed, perfectly spiced, and exactly what you want after a hike. I’ll definitely be back.
