Called and emailed numbers and email listed on website. The person who answers the phone is rude and just says wrong number and hangs up. They will keep charging your account, because you can't ever get a hold of anyone. I use storage facilities every week all over the country and when I get treated like this by one of them, I always leave a review. Don't rent from them! Find a place that treats you like they want your business.
I have had two units at Westside for years. I moved my stuff to Westside from another place and happier because of it. Much cleaner and better maintained. The staff is awesome and helpful.
Convenient, secure, and affordable. Great experience all around.
