Was here for about 3 years total. They had the best price at the time and throughout being here, the price never changed. I paid on time all but once and when they called me and spoke with me, I explained the situation while telling them when I can make it in to pay it and if I held my word, they would relieve the late penalty, which they did. I rented from this family owned business from July, 2022 to August, 2023. I have to say that at 60 yrs old I have rented storage rooms numerous times throughout my life and this is one of the best storage facilities I've had experience with. They are very friendly, professional and the units are clean. Also the storage units are gated with pass-code entry and 24hr/7day access.
