I had a one-hour psychiatry appointment with James Wright costing over $440. Afterward, I asked for a brief summary of any key points or recommendations discussed, nothing formal, just a simple follow-up to help me reflect on what was said. Many Thanks to your receptionist Jenny, for your professional empathetic assistance via phone whilst I was lost in the shopping centre, you assisted myself not only to find your office but to avoid a panic attack. Have never received anything but excellent service from both reception and Clinical staff at this practice. James Wright, Excellent Psychiatrist, Realist, who is veteran friendly, would highly recommend.

I found Dr Kirkup tobe very nice, but the receptionist jennie worst person in the world iv ever crossed paths with treats customers so so bad it not funny very un helpful wont listen to you just scream at you for asking basic questions. Something serious needs to be done about the lady enoughs enough, very toxic place to go,

Dr Kirkup was kind, patient and affirming and I definitely recommend him. However the receptionist/practice manager Jennie was extremely rude, condescending and spoke ill about other patients. I have been unable to access my own medical record (my diagnosis letter) and the receptionist seems to be gatekeeping it. They do not answer emails or calls and I am now unmedicated and have to start my entire journey again all because of one person.
