The disclosure of CDD fees was not handled clearly during my closing. Instead of an upfront notice, the fees were found within the title commitment papers. Furthermore, I was given incorrect details regarding property taxes, specifically about the impact of a homestead exemption on the long-term costs. The lack of transparency regarding these financial details was a major issue. I would not suggest using this company for settlement services.

Absolutely the best experience ever! Very professional and things went so smooth. Abby and Mya were very professional and we were never left in the dark about anything. Upon showing up for closing we had the best greeting and if my husband and I had questions they would stop and answer them. I highly recommend them! Thank you all for making our dreams come true and making sure we understood everything through the whole process. Something that is normally stressful, you all made it so easy. Thank you again!!

Abby, Mya, Tara and our realtor Peter Catalano made sure our closing went seamlessly. We just bought our first house and they made it much easier than I expected from horror stories I've heard. They are very prompt at communicating everything.

My experience with Westside Settlement Associates was highly unprofessional and misleading. While I later discovered the existence of Community Development District (CDD) fees was buried within a title commitment document, it was not properly disclosed in the primary contract or in a separate, clear disclosure as required by law.
