Paying extra for climate control- yet it's not consistently monitored as some days the unit is just as stuffy as a standard outdoor unit. And WOLF SPIDERS !? A heads up would have been nice! 🤦♀️ have rented other units through other companies in the past for different lengths of time, NEVER had to deal with this. Very disappointed.
Great staff the 15x20 I have is big enough for 2 classic cars and 2 large mechanics toolboxes and still room. Just they got get with the digital days and get rid of the 1800's sign in paper. It's costly and extremely outdated. It be easier and cheap to go digital with a software that lets in with a code saving space and better security. As a former hotel manager it's smart business. And will save money. Just a idea. And will be with the time.
