Used a product on my doors and trim that was the wrong choice of paint for the weather. He refused to accept responsibility. A sample of the paint was sent to the paint manufacturer in Edmonton who stated it was not the right choice of paint for the substrate and further to this the substrate was not properly primed which also resulted in it's failure. Gary was rude a dismissive. Would not recommend using his company. He does not stand behind his failures.

We hired Gary to refinish our 10-seater “live-edge” dining table top, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing and we would not recommend working with his company. From the first communication after he had the slabs, he seemed disinterested in the project. When we picked up the “finished” slabs and set them up on the iron base, we quickly realized the cut ends had not been properly refinished (they were wrapped at pickup). AN ABSOLUTE INCREDIBLE JOB OF PAINTING A BEIGE TABLE AND END TABLES TO WHITE. SOOO HAPPY!! WOULD NOT HESTITATE FOR GARRY TO DO ANY OTHER JOBS!! PERFECTION!!!
